Regular (Time Tracking) Mode

When employees are invited to the Monitask workspace, they will be prompted to download an app to start time tracking. Once they download a Monitask desktop (or mobile) app, they will see a time tracker and start/stop buttons.

By default, employees will have access to the Monitask dashboard.

<aside> 👉 By default, employees can track time on mobile apps. Mobile apps do not offer screenshots and activity level monitoring. If you would like your employees only to use Desktop apps, you can disable mobile time tracking on this page: Monitask | Company Settings

Stealth Mode

In stealth mode, employees do not have access to the system and do not know that the app is being used. Note, in stealth mode, employees are not selecting projects/tasks and do not start time clock. Monitask automatically captures time records, screenshots, activity levels, etc., when the computer is online.
